Winslow & McCurry is proud to announce that our attorney Steve Mutnick has been named as General Counsel to the Courts of Justice Committee for the Virginia House of Delegates. The 2017 General Assembly session convenes on January 3, 2017.
The Courts of Justice Committee is assigned all bills regarding criminal law matters in the Commonwealth. It is chaired by Delegate Dave Albo (42HD – Fairfax County) and vice-chaired by Delegate Rob Bell (58HD – Albemarle).
As Counsel, Mr. Mutnick will be responsible for advising members of the Committee regarding possible changes to state code as it regards to criminal law and operation of Virginia Courts.
