Michelle Anthony Snell, Esq.

Michelle is a senior associate attorney with Winslow, McCurry & MacCormac, PLLC and practices primarily in the areas of family law, wills, estates, trusts and elder law. In her elder law practice, Michelle represents incapacitated individuals as a Guardian Ad Litem and also represents families looking to assist their loved ones by obtaining a guardianship or conservatorship. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle served as a judicial law clerk for the Twelfth Judicial District.

Michelle earned her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Michelle served as the Treasurer and Vice President of the Criminal Law Society and the Treasurer of the Moot Court Board. She received two CALI awards, receiving the highest grade in her Immigration Law and Civil Litigation classes. Michelle also participated in the Children’s Defense Clinic, and received the Orrell-Brown Award for Clinical Excellence in the Children’s Law Center for her efforts in the clinic.

Michelle attended Penn State University and graduated with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy. After college, she returned to Northern Virginia, where she worked as a paralegal at a boutique law firm prior to attending law school.

Michelle lives in Richmond with her family and is currently on a mission to find the best nachos in the city.
