Question: What are your office hours?

Answer: General office hours are 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. However, meetings and consultations may be scheduled outside of these hours by appointment. Please call the office at (804) 423-1382 to schedule your consultation.

Question: What type of law does Winslow, McCurry & MacCormac practice?

Question: Where do you practice?

Answer: Winslow, McCurry & MacCormac practices in the Richmond community (Chesterfield, Henrico, Richmond City, Hanover, Petersburg, New Kent, Dinwiddie, Powhatan, Goochland, Amelia, Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Louisa) but are available throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, including Northern Virginia.

Partner Sarah McCurry is also licensed in the State of Florida.  Thanks to online filings, Sarah continues to represent clients in the State of Florida from our Virginia offices, often assisting with estate and probate needs.

Question: How long will my case take?

Answer: Every legal issue is different. While we hate to rely on “it depends”, every case will depend on the unique facts of the case, the temperament of the parties involved and the availability of the courts. Be assured that our primary goal at Winslow, McCurry & MacCormac is to resolve our client’s problems in a thorough, yet timely manner.

Question: Do you bill hourly or on a flat rate?

Question: Do you accept credit cards for payment?

Answer: Yes.

Question: In case of inclement weather or other emergencies, are office closure notices available online?

Answer: Yes.  We will list office closures on our Facebook account once the decision to close has been finalized.
