While the possiblities seem fruitful, the semantics of working out what is and isn’t going to be allowed (offically the “regulations”) is taking more and more time. Time will tell whether this provision of the JOBS Act will actually help small businesses – or if it will eventually become as difficult a vehicle for funding as what is already in place.
