Zakyrah N. Hundley

Zakyrah is an associate attorney with Winslow, McCurry & MacCormac, PLLC and practices primarily in the areas of real estate and estate planning. Prior to joining the Law firm, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Fourteenth Judicial District.

Zakyrah earned her J.D. from Liberty University School of Law. During law school, Zakyrah served as the Secretary and President of the Black Law Student’s Association – Liberty Chapter. She also served as an Associate Member of the Moot Court Board where she competed in multiple internal and external competitions. During her law school career, Zakyrah was the recipient of the 2L/3L International Moot Court Champion Cup (2021) and the Richard G. Arnold Award for Best Oralist (2022). Her team also qualified as ABA Regional Champions (2023).

Zakyrah obtained an associate’s degree in social sciences from Reynolds Community College while attending high school in Henrico County. She later attended Liberty University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international relations. After college, she returned to the Richmond area where she worked at the Virginia House of Delegates prior to attending law school.

Zakyrah lives in the Richmond area. In her free time, she enjoys finding new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
