Holly K. Pratt, Esq.

Holly concentrates her practice on commercial and residential real estate matters, including purchases, sales and leasing, in addition to estate planning and administration and small business law. She takes pride in providing clients with personal and practical solutions to their legal needs.

Holly earned her B.S. in Business from Virginia Tech and her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. During law school, Holly served as Articles Director on the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business in addition to serving on the Board of the International Law Students Association and working in the Education Rights Clinic. She also placed first in the Client Counseling Competition and served on the Client Counseling and Negotiation Board.

Holly resides in Chesterfield County with her husband, three children, and their two dogs. Outside of the practice of law, Holly and her husband owned and operated a group of franchise restaurants in the Richmond area. Holly is very active in her community and with her children’s school and many activities.
